Hi folks, I was planning to podcast anyway on prehospital STEMI, when tonight, @EM_Educator tweets out his own ECG showing an inferior STEMI! So I recorded this podcast to wish him well and a speedy recovery as well as talk about my change from morphine to fentanyl in managing acute STEMI chest pain.
