Needle Cricothyroidotomy video

Surgical Airway month, July 2012!

This is a training video I recorded a while back and Scott kindly posted it on EmCrit. Thought I pull it out, dust it off and post it here for good revision!

Since it was originally posted on EmCrit in February 2012, I have had the following feedback

Successful needle cric in patient with laryngeal tumour and respiratory arrest

Successful needle cric in OD patient with critical hypoxia , inability to BVM preoxygenate, leading to successful RSI.

thanks folks and keep the feedback rolling in!

Minh

Minh, I’ll look for my video describing both Cric and Retrograde intubation with the Levitan stylet as a followup to this and send it to you.
