Airway selfies is of course a joke term to describe the phenomenon of grown adult doctors taking images of their own airway for purposes ranging from medical education to humour. Having done this myself I can only advise that this be only done in a medically supervised manner for purposes of education and never as part of a joke or cure for boredom whilst on a quiet ER shift!
