   1. It’s supposed to be on Duggan’s website http://www.airwaycollaboration.org but I concur it is apparently yet to be available !

2. Hi , are the 3D printer instructions available. I live in Australia and am a senior med officer in an ED in Brisbane. V keen to teach with this if poss. Great idea!
