I concocted this after a brief conversation with you about the bougie Mihn. After that case with the VividTrac where I used an esophageal stethoscope as a bougie, your comment regarding always having a bougie available really struck home. As I started using bougies clinically, I started looking for a method to simplify tracheal tube handling Simultaneously with handling of the Bougie. The goal in creating a D grip is to allow the tools to do the maximum amount of work for the endoscopist.
