Great video. Absolutely agree with preloading channeled scopes (like King Vision and also AirTraq) with bougie. Helps for easier intubation if any issues.
As an aside, if high fluid (eg bloody airway) situation tho (and maybe I saw it first here on PHARM?) attaching meconium aspirator + suction to the ETT helps keep the field clear of blood obscuring the lens.
