  2. Internet search the Intersurgical product line of endoscopic elbow ports. I think this is the model and part number:

    1898000 Double swivel elbow 15M – double flip top cap with seal – 22M/15F

    Alternatively, as your Respiratory therapist for the respiratory gas elbow port that you would need to run a bronchoscope down an intubated, ventilated patient–they’ll know instantly what you need (you can use a different brand than Intersurgical).
