Well you have to admire Jo’s tenacity….one thing is certain though, before 2020 most EDs will be using an airway checklist! As to whether VL is primary airway plan or a backup, I think Minhs probably right on DL vs VL!

How many intubations does the average american/south african/australian/british trainee or attending emergency medicine physician conduct each year then? Is there comparative data on this? If so where?
