It is a cool video, but something is quite off here. If the patient really had a tension pneumothorax, it could be relieved by removing the camera. There is no scenario I can imagine where placing a needle in someone’s chest would be therapeutic when they already had a camera port.
Good point . Must be staged for demonstration purposes
