Neat paper Mihn–thanks. The advantage of the Mac design with the McGrath Mac is it simplifies tracheal tube delivery. You can DL with it, but I would agree it is a poor DL device due to its ergonomics and weak light source. That being said, it’s my go-to device on a daily basis when difficulty is predicted, either as a primary or secondary device.
