They assembled a working Macintosh bladed video laryngoscope using off the shelf gear and then used it successfully on a small cohort of anaesthesia elective patients.
This reminds me of Dr Malcolm Russell’s demonstration of similar concept using a video borescope he bought from a local hardware store
