Sometimes things in EMergency Medicine goes wrong and we know it! But having the courage to stop an Helicopter ambulance service to preserve pateints safety, and running an overview on causes of incidents before resuming it? That is not a common behaviour! I mean at least in Italy! Patient first politic is such a rare issue!
Even the very well done overview of HEMS service in Canada worth reading!
