THE ULTIMATE AIRWAY COURSE
The ultimate difficult airway course is coming to Sydney.
Designed for trainees and Specialists in all critical care specialities, the brand new CCAM course will give you the knowledge and skills required for airway management in critical care: difficult airways, sick patients, challenging environments.
With an amazing faculty drawn from Intensive Care, Anaesthesia, Emergency and Pre-Hospital Medicine, who have been chosen not just for their expertise but their talent as educators, the course takes place over two days, in state-of-the-art facilities including a high-fidelity simulation centre.
Skill stations are mixed with interactive discussions and simulated scenarios to keep you stimulated and test your knowledge. In the spirit of FOAMed, open-access pre-course material, including videos and top tips, is being released to the web over the next few weeks – see our Program page for pre-reading on the fibre optic scope, ‘Plan B’ and the intubating LMA – more coming soon.
The first course is taking place on April 9th and 10th 2015 and places are limited – so get your leave booked early!
Are Intensive Care Paramedics allowed to take this course? Cheers, Michael A Freauf
