One of my favorite things is that you can do everything (suction, ELM, intubate with bougie, deliver tube, inflate cuff), you don’t lose your syringe/ bougie because it is held and it maintains its shape and configuration on a DumpKit/prep table to allow very rapid pickup with one hand.
