  1. Yep, good stuff – espec the bit about using a checklist! Joking aside, this is a useful summary – presume it’s for the RFDS induction or similar?

    I note that text still advocates use of the FastTrach iLMA – rather than the AirQ iLMA. Is this due to differences in performance between the two? Does lack of a gastric drainage port become an issue with the FastTrach cf AirQ?

    Also interested to know the incidence of airway difficulty in your service? And the relative incidence of either rescue via iLMA or need for rescue ESA if CICO.
