From the week in Janus General !

You are on shift when ambulance bring in a Code 1 priority !
7yo kid playing at home, then sudden respiratory distress, coughing and choking sounds.

He is wheeled in trolley and is supine with obvious stridor, cyanosis and semi responsive state. There is no IV and monitoring shows sinus bradycardia 30, with no recordable oxygen saturations on pulse oximetry.

BVM assistance produces no chest wall rise nor improvement.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO NOW?
