OK so you decided to do DL without any drugs…

you get a good view as the kid is not really breathing or struggling at all at this point..

You see a shiny metallic appearing object wedged between the vocal cords..it looks pretty tightly jammed.

You try grasping it with MacGills forceps but fail.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO NOW?
