I applaud out back ingenuity however Buy an in line nebuliser.
I agree with Stuart on this one – there’s a dedicated connector for MDI, might as well use it.
Interesting though that this technique has come from Sydney HEMS – hardly ‘outback’ Macgyverism. Is true us rural docs often have to improvise – but seems sensible that retrieval services also can “adapt-improvise-overcome” in case of equipment failure or ‘missing kit’
Of course, if they used a checklist, such eventualities wouldn’t happen, eh Minh?
